Amazin’ Kids: Annual Back 2 School Celebration!
What A Time To Celebrate!
August is National Back To School Month & one of our favorite seasons of the year. As our children head back to school, it offers an opportunity to give back and pour into our community families by way of supply assistance, resource direction and supporting the kids with a fun filled day of celebration designed to motivate and promote excitement for a successful school year ahead. Some of our best memories in the community have been created at Women That Care’s Annual Back To School event and 2022 is shaping up to be just as FUN, exciting and inspiring, as we start the countdown for the Amazin’ Kids Showcase & Giveaway!
Women That Care is excited to join hands with Lost Sheep Outreach Ministries and our Worthdale Community Center family to usher in the new school year with AMAZIN’ KIDS!

Varonica T. Mitchell is a young actress and model. She made her first steps in to the dancing and entertainment world in 2014 at age 3. In addition to appearances on CW22 and 103.9 The Light Radio Station Love Tour, Mitchell is also a promoter for Kid Fresh Nation Clothing Co., a main recurring character in a traveling hit stage play called “Too Young to be Saved?”, and a paid social media influencer best known as The V.V Show.

Ava Simmons is the creator of Team Genius Squad. She’s best known as Ava The S.T.E.M princess who at 9 years old is an expert in all things Science! Using visual aids, writing mini scripts, and utilizing her creative gifts and talents She identified her niche and released her first S.T.E.M. experiment video via YouTube in 2020. The response to “How To Make Hand Sanitizer At Home” in response to Covid-19 was massive and inspired the S.T.E.M. video series that includes personalized skits and easy-to-follow experiments, and entrepreneurial tutorials. The S.T.E.M Princess has also been featured on Spectrum News, Forbes Magazine and AfroTech for her accomplished path of inspiring her peers through science and fun education.
