Community Is What We Do!
What a blessing to go back to the streets that we once called home. The music in the air, the children running around playing games, the smell of the grill and a whole lot of love for those that we have not seen in a long time. That was the Lane Street Life Back In The Day!
Women That Care had the opportunity to “reunite” with the community of Lane Street Raleigh. And what a time! There was something special in the air, and we’re always grateful to serve. The real honoring was remembering our loved one, Corrie High, a true Lane Street legend. Our care bags represented his name and there were plenty of toys and bears for the little ones!
