WTC x Wake County Schools ~Care Bag Project
What we love the MOST about serving the community, are the unique opportunities we are often blessed with to give back and connect with others by being a source for special needs. This year, Women That Care has a chance to partner with Wake County Schools with The Care Bag Project!
What a joy it was to collect, prepare and deliver toiletry bags filled with hygiene products and daily needs items for elementary and middle students located in under severed areas.
Thank you is never enough. But we are so grateful to everyone that donated towards this project! The last set of Bags were delivered on at the end of November to Wakefield Middle and Elementary schools. We’re thankful for the opportunity, and the warmth felt in working with their counselors, as well as the staff at Heritage Middle and Apex Schools.
